The best way to correctly measure the seat height is by taking the lenfth of the distance from the behind your knees to the floor. A quick way to do this is to be in a seated position with your legs and knees at a right angle and measure the length from there. Sitting at a right angle assures correct alignment of your knees and hips and assists you to have the correct posture.
Bespoke rise and recline chair width
The width of your made to measure rise and recline chair is of the utmost importance. It allows you to have ample amount of space to be able read and write but not too much so that you cannot easily reach the armrest. A quick and easy way to measure this is to place a clench fist next to both of your hips leaving a comfortable gap in between for movement and measuring this distance.
